If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced out-of-pocket costs. Many insurance plans have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is separate from your regular dental benefits. In most cases, dental benefits provided by your employer do not require pre-approval but almost all Affordable Care Act dental plans do require pre-approval before treatment can begin. For your convenience, we will verify benefits before treatment begins and file insurances claims for you once treatment starts.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change or become terminated, the financially responsible party is accountable for all unpaid balances.​
